Monarch Bay Montessori Academy is the demonstration school for the Montessori Teacher Academy, a Teacher Education Program that instructs and credentials adults in the Montessori Method of Education. The Montessori Teacher Academy is affiliated by the American Montessori Society, is accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education, and is approved to operate by the State of California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education. The alliance between Monarch Bay Montessori Academy and the Montessori Teacher Academy promotes the school in becoming the center for Montessori studies in the Orange County area, offering professional development and parent education seminars.
